WHAT IS INCLUDED

 
  • Initial consultation - This is where it all starts. The consultation is when you first meet your personal trainer and discuss your goals. During this time your measurements and personal information will be taken. This information is solely to do with your health and fitness.
  • Fitness Programming - You will have a fitness programme that is designed only for you and throughout your duration with GPT Fitness your programme will be updated and modified to make sure that you are always advancing.
  • Nutrition and Diet Plans - Your personal trainer will ask you to complete a 7 day food diary. Once completed, your health and fitness instructor will design a nutrition and diet plan that will complement your fitness programme.
  • Health Assessments - Throughout your personal training plan your instructor will conduct health assessments. These health assessments are to analyse your fitness levels, weight and strength as well as making sure that you are heading in the right direction. In some cases a participant may achieve their goals earlier than expected, in this situation we will use the health assessments to plan new goals.
  • 24/7 Help - Throughout your training with GPT Fitness we will give you help and guidance with your fitness programme and nutrition plan. So if at any time you need help, whether it's during a personal training session or during your own private session then give us a call.
  • Personal Train anywhere - We can conduct personal training sessions anywhere to suit you. We can train you in the brilliant outdoors, local park, work environment and for added luxury we can even come to your home and all for the same cost. (Please check areas covered as areas outside of that may incur an extra charge).
